Digital Issue: 10th Annual BODY
BODY, June / July 2026 (Vol 11, No. 3)
Our annual BODY issue is back for the 10th year! As always, this incredibly popular and poignant issue covers all the body-related concerns and preoccupations that a breast cancer diagnosis brings. We asked our writers to tell their body-by-breast cancer story and show us the transformation brought on by their diagnosis. From breast changes, to hair, to body image issues, to the physical symptoms of early menopause and treatment or surgery, and beyond this big issue covers it all in moving & raw essays and poetry, and in beautiful artwork.
Within this issue, you will find 24 writers representing these diagnosis details:
- Diagnosis ages: 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s
- Breast cancer types: DCIS, IDC, ILC, and Inflammatory
- Initial Stages: 0 - IV
- Receptors: ER/PR+, HER2+, TNBC, and Triple Positive
- Single & multiple diagnoses
